How to fish it

Dead-drift across seams and pocket edges with short, accurate casts; add subtle micro-twitches to wake fish in broken water. Run as a dry-dropper with 16–24" of 5X to a small nymph or midge. Use a 7.5–9 ft leader with 4–5X for easier turnover in wind and riffles.

Care

Rinse after use and air-dry before boxing. Dress hair wing/hackle with gel or paste; revive after a dunk or fish with a powder/shake desiccant, keeping the deer-hair body buoyant.
