How to fish it
Fish with drag-free drifts during mayfly activity or when trout are feeding selectively on the surface. The parachute post improves visibility in broken water and low light. Use fine tippet for best presentation.

Rinse after use and allow to dry fully. Reapply floatant as needed to maintain buoyancy.

Run a 9–12 ft leader with 5X–6X and make reach or slack-line casts to feed the drift over rise rings and soft seams. If fish inspect but won’t commit, drop one size or switch to an emerger before the peak, then a rusty spinner near dusk. It can carry a very small dropper in moderate water.
Care
