How to fish it

Use a 9–12 ft leader with 5X–6X and make reach or slack-line casts to feed the drift over rise rings and soft seams. If fish inspect but won’t commit, drop one size or switch to a matching emerger before the peak, then a rusty spinner near dusk.

Care

Rinse after use and air-dry before boxing. Dress wings/hackle lightly with gel or paste; revive with a powder/shake desiccant after a dunk or fish, keeping the abdomen mostly untreated.
