How to fish it

In rivers, swing across seams or work a strip–pause–strip along banks and boulders; hang the fly briefly at the end to let the materials breathe. In lakes, count down to depth and retrieve with long pulls and pauses, or crawl it parallel to weedlines. Use 2–3X for trout (10–15 lb for bass); add a sink-tip or poly leader to probe deeper lanes.

Care
