How to fish it

In rivers, work it tight to structure with a strip–pause–strip cadence; let the fly hang at the end of the swing so the rabbit breathes. In lakes, count down to depth and retrieve with long pulls and brief pauses, or crawl it parallel to weedlines. Use 2–4X tippet; add a sink-tip or poly leader when you need more depth. A loop knot enhances action.

Care
